3D printing
Nowadays continuous development and technological achievements leads to appearance of new production technologies.
So appeared the additive manufacturing technology. As a new service we have launched the design and production of FDM (Fuse Deposition Modelling) 3D printed parts. The applicability of 3D printing requires a new way of thinking.
Solutions and application areas:
- product development
- spare part quickly, temporarily, till you get the original one
- rapid prototyping, checking the geometry dimensions of the 3D models, checking the operating principle of mechanic structures
- manufacturing machine elements, protective covers, positioners, jigs
- flexible seals
- air system pipe reducers (e.g. round to square cross-section)
- a part designed with generative method can be already manufactured
Used materials:
- PLA: Polylactic acid, hard, strong, but fragile, dimensionally stable, thermoplastic, can be used up to 180°C. Easy to print, no warping.
- PETG: Glycol modified PET, more flexible and durable than PLA. Moisture and chemical resistant (food industry).
- ABS: stronger and more durable than the previous materials, high heat and impact resistance.
- ASA: strong, rigid material (alternative to ABS), extremely resistant to chemicals, high temperatures, UV radiation (outdoor applications).
- TPU: Thermoplastic polyurethane, in different degree of hardness, flexible, elastic, good vibration damper. Seals, flexible, elastic parts.
- PC: Polycarbonate is one of the strongest, most durable and resistant materials. It withstands high temperatures well.
- NYLON: is strong, flexible and durable.
Now available printing area is 220x220x250 mm and Ø300×410 mm.
